Template overview

Template overview

What is this template and why does it matter?

It asks buyers to rate a specific product against their expectations, along with the purchase and delivery experience. It matters because e-commerce feedback is only actionable when it's tied to one SKU, not blended into a store-wide score.

What questions should I ask?

Product quality versus expectation, ease of the purchase process, any missing product information, delivery experience, and likelihood to repurchase.

How many questions should it have?

5–7, short enough for a post-delivery send to actually get answered.

When / how often should you send it?

Shortly after delivery, once the buyer has had the product in hand.

What does a strong result look like?

Page- or SKU-level fixes, not generic satisfaction. Corvane ties every response back to the specific product page or SKU it came from automatically.
