Hospitality & Travel
What is this template and why does it matter?
It asks guests to rate a specific amenity, service, or booking feature. It matters because a single weak amenity can drag down an otherwise strong stay if you never isolate which one it was.
What questions should I ask?
Satisfaction with the specific amenity or service, ease of booking or using it, value perception, likelihood to use it again, and suggestions for improvement.
How many questions should it have?
5–7, tied to one amenity or service rather than the whole stay.
When / how often should you send it?
During or shortly after the stay or trip, while the specific experience is still fresh.
What does a strong result look like?
Driver data tied to a specific touchpoint, not an averaged stay rating. Corvane Journeys maps this stage by stage, so the weak amenity is visible on its own.
Use these questions as a starting point for your research.
Q

Q
How easy was it to book or access [Amenity]?
Q
Did you feel [Amenity] was worth it?
Q
How likely are you to use [Amenity] again on a future stay?
Q
What would make [Amenity] better?
