Consumer Packaged Goods
What is this template and why does it matter?
It measures awareness and perception attributes — quality, value, trust — against named competitor brands. It matters because a perception gap you can't see is a perception gap you can't close.
What questions should I ask?
Awareness, perception on category-relevant attributes, direct comparison against competitor SKUs, and purchase consideration.
How many questions should it have?
6–10.
When / how often should you send it?
Periodically for tracking, and before and after major campaigns.
What does a strong result look like?
A differentiated attribute profile relative to named competitor brands, not a flat set of scores. Corvane benchmarks against named competitors automatically.
Use these questions as a starting point for your research.
